Massage Therapy is a hands on method offered at Live Beyond Limit by trained and passionate therapists utilizing this soft-tissue therapeutic approach to provide you with pampering, stress relief, sports recovery or muscular and fascial tissue release for your body to heal and function in an optimal manner.
Our therapists use a variety of modalities to help you have the experiences you need ranging from deep tranquility to accelerated medical recovery. No matter the treatment modality you choose, our licensed massage therapists will ensure to completely tailor their massages to your specific needs so you leave walking out healthier and feeling better than when you walked in.

Corrective Exercise and Personal Training here at Live Beyond Limit is designed to help our clients avoid and/or move beyond any injuries or physical limitations they may have in order to live a more full, energetic and enjoyable life. Whether your goals are weight loss, strength training, pain management, flexibility, postural correction, improved lung capacity, biomechanical (movement) correction or injury rehabilitation we have the trainer or therapist for you. We offer different modalities tailored to your needs including, Corrective Personal Training, Yoga Therapy, and Physical Therapy.

JourneyWork Therapeutic Counseling combines Shamanism, Reiki, Access Bars, meditation, breath work, mantra, mudra, affirmation, yama and niyama counseling, nature immersions, ceremonial work, journaling, imprinting, color therapy and more. This program was founded by our owner to provide a wide variety of healing modalities to meet you were you are so you can take yourself to where you'd like to be with an effective, simple and hands on approach that is tailored to each client.
Kate teaches JourneyWork Therapeutics in house, and all practitioners are required to log a minimum of 350 hours of training prior to practicing as a JourneyWork Practitioner and Guide.

Reiki is a Japanese art form of energetic balancing that promotes stress reduction, relaxation and aids in healing.
"Reiki" utilizes "Ki," or "prana" in Sanskrit, which is our life force energy. This subtle energy is guided by our reiki practitioners to help you feel better physically, emotionally and mentally. We provide a comfortable, compassionate and judgement-free environment for you to explore and master the ability to thrive in all circumstances. `

Conscious Aging Services

The Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) was founded to explore the phenomenon of transformations in consciousness – changes in the way individuals and cultures perceive and shape reality. Increasingly, these shifts lead people to become more service-oriented, community-centered, compassionate, and passionate about change.
A multi-decade study of personal transformations, focus groups, surveys, ancient wisdom traditions, modern spiritual guides, and transformative practices led to the development of a working model of consciousness transformation. This model shows that the transformation begins with the individual, enriches the community, and sparks a shift in the collective.
People assume that the solutions we’re seeking come from outside ourselves, but it’s important to recognize that some of the problems—as well as their solutions—arise from within us. In other words, it’s about consciousness. The focus of the Conscious Aging workshop series is to invite shifts in consciousness away from self-limitation, lack, isolation, and fear and toward expansiveness, inclusiveness, wholeness, connection, and compassion.

- Minimize any feelings of isolation from others and deepen their relationship with the world around them;
- Learn to manage their fears and those of their loved ones in the presence of death through the transformative power of surrender and acceptance; and
- Cultivate a personal roadmap for their own aging journey by deepening their spiritual life and learning to make each moment matter.
